Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer various shipping methods to meet the needs of our customers. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. You will be informed of the total shipping cost during the checkout process before you confirm your purchase. We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days for faster processing and delivery.
  • Overnight Shipping: For urgent orders, we offer overnight shipping for an additional fee. Orders placed before 12 PM (PST) will be shipped out the same day.

Order Processing Time
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after the payment is received. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information for your convenience.

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working to expand our shipping options to serve customers globally.

Delivery Timeframe
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the delivery location. Please note that certain factors, such as weather conditions, holidays, and unforeseen delays, may impact delivery time. If there are any significant delays with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and up-to-date. Mivmavel is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
